  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Return Period: You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
