- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
2. Refunds
- Refund Approval: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded.
3. Exchanges
